Your enquiries and complaints

Yarra Valley Water is committed to providing excellent customer service, so we value the opportunity to resolve any dissatisfaction that you have.


If you are not satisfied with our response, please let us know and we will have your complaint assessed by our Customer Relations Team.


You can contact Yarra Valley Water with your enquiry or complaint by calling 13 1721 or email enquiry@yvw.com.au


Should you remain dissatisfied with our response, you can also contact the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV). EWOV is an independent third party that helps customers resolve disputes and can be contact by calling 1800 500 509.


In certain circumstances, customers may also have rights of appeal to the Small Claims Tribunal, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) or the courts.
