Accordingly we commit to provide our water and sewerage services within the carrying capacity of nature.
To achieve this we will:

- cap our discharge of nutrients
- reduce our water losses and assist our customers to use water efficiently.

- seek the advice of stakeholders and involve them in setting our objectives
- annually review our objectives and targets to incorporate the best available information
- publish our policy, objectives and progress towards attainment of our objectives
- educate and encourage our staff and customers to adopt sustainable practices
- encourage our contractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve excellence in environmental management
- comply with all environmental regulations and prevent pollution.
