The provision of urban water and sewerage services has changed significantly over the last decade in Melbourne. We believe a lot can be learnt from what others are already doing around the world and have accordingly asked Harald Hiessl the Deputy of the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research in Karlsruhe, Germany, to share his insights on this topic.
