Yarra Valley Water believes it is important to be actively involved in our community and play a role in its development.

In line with our strategy to reduce our impact on the environment, we no longer provide bottled water and giveaways including printed materials. However we are happy to provide our portable water fountain – the Hydration Station to successful applicants. 

 

Sponsorship criteria for the Hydration Station

We establish a calendar of events early in the financial year using the following criteria:

  • location (event must take place in our geographic service area)
  • audience size (must be greater than 1,000)
  • supports Yarra Valley Water business objectives
  • equitable presence across our licensed service area
  • community access to the event

    Requests for our Hydration Station are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

How do I apply for the Hydration Station?

The Hydration Station application form must be completed and submitted to:

All applicants must email or fax a completed copy of the application form. We will review and respond to your written request within 14 days.
