Yarra Valley Water and WaterAid
Yarra Valley Water has a close relationship with WaterAid Australia.
Along with our foundation membership, Yarra Valley Water staff are involved in various activities to raise funds for WaterAid. Since 2005, Yarra Valley Water has helped to raise over $500,000 and we co-host the annual WaterAid Victoria Ball.

WaterAid is an international charity. Our vision is of a world where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation. Our mission is to overcome poverty by enabling the world’s poorest people to gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education.
We work with local partners, who understand local issues, and provide them with the skills and support to help communities set up and manage practical and sustainable projects that meet their real needs. We also campaign locally and internationally to change policy and practice and ensure water and sanitation’s vital role in reducing poverty is recognised.
