Applying for a Build Over

In order for us to ensure your proposed structure or works won't have an impact on our sewer assets we require the submission of detailed plans. Please check that plans showing the following have been included with your application:

• A ‘to scale’ drawing
• Dimensions of the structure
• A site plan detailing offsets from all appropriate property boundaries
• Foundation and/or footing details (if the structure doesn’t contain footings, please indicate this on the plan)
• A plan detailing the distance between our sewer assets and the proposed structure, and to show that the angle of repose has been met (if relevant)

The following is an example of the type of plans you would need to submit for a garage. Please note, that depending on the proposed structure we may require further details.
