Yarra Valley Water can assist you to successfully and easily implement water education into your curriculum.
Aimed at students from prep to year 10, the free 'All About Water' classroom presentations allow students to learn about a range of water related topics. They can be used to introduce water as a topic or to consolidate previous learning. The free school visits can be tailored to your needs, with presentations for different age groups and water topics. Resources to Borrow
Our Lending Library contains over 100 books, DVD's, Interactive CD's and brochures on everything and anything water related! The Lending Library can be borrowed for a period of up to 3 weeks. Our life-sized Drains & Ladders game is a hit with the students and is useful for events, or as a fun classroom activity. The Drains & Ladders game can be borrowed for up to a week. To book the Drains & Ladders game, please send a request through to education@yvw.com.au

Yarra Valley Water’s bright and colourful Big Book About Water has been a hit with primary schools over the past 2 years and your school can now obtain a Big Book pack for free!
An engaging tool for your students, choose from one of two types of packs:
Big Book Class pack contains 2 x A3 sized Big Book About Water, 25 x A4 sized Big Book About Water, as well as a sing-along CD that will have your students singing through the natural water cycle, water supply, sewerage system and water conservation.
The Big Book Teacher pack contains 2 x A3 sized Big Book About Water and a sing-along CD. To order your free pack, fill out the order form below.
*Packs are only available to schools within the Yarra Valley Water service area
The Water-LiLi curriculum resource is a comprehensive support material for teachers to use when teaching about water. It includes activities on the water cycle, properties of water, water efficiency and more. To order a copy (or multiple copies for your school), please send a request through to education@yvw.com.au
