2011 National Water Week Poster Competition
In the 2011 National Water Week poster competition, primary school students were asked to create a poster reflecting the theme "Healthy Catchments, Healthy Communities".
Over 700 entries were received by Yarra Valley Water and winners were announced at an awards event on 24 October at the Whitehorse Centre in Nunawading. Guest speaker and children's book illustrator David Miller entertained students, teachers and parents alike at the event and three of the four Yarra Valley Water poster competition winners also won prizes at the state level competition.
