That's 8,643 kms of water mains and 8,207 kms of sewerage main.
We also run sewage treatment plants for the Yarra Valley region.
While Yarra Valley Water is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the sewer network, home owners also have responsibilities, which are outlined on the following links. If you’d like to learn more about how our sewerage systems work click here.
