Arrange and Save

The Arrange and Save program is designed to reward eligible customers for continually meeting their arrangement in full and on time. Arrange and Save is designed to make weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments for an amount which the customer can reasonably afford to pay and can be applied using a pay card, CentrePay, or direct debit. The program was designed based on customer feedback through focus groups and in consultation with the welfare sector.

Arrange and Save is used in concert with other assistance schemes such as Utility Relief Grants, Smart Homes Water Audits and referral to independent financial counselling. Customers requiring assistance are case managed and offered ongoing support and the Arrange and Save is designed to empower low income / vulnerable customers to make affordable payments.

If you would like more information on our Arrange and Save scheme, please contact us on 1800 637 316, or e-mail Customer Support.

Government assistance schemes

For those customers who meet the criteria, we have information on various Government Assistance Schemes, including the Utility Relief Grant Scheme. If you would like more information on Government Assistance schemes, including the Utility Relief Grant Scheme, please contact us on 1800 637 316.

Pensions and concessions

Customers may hold a valid Pension or Concession Card and have not claimed a concession on their water bill. This is often overlooked and contributes to a larger account than necessary. We will grant their concession as soon as we are aware, which will reduce the outstanding account. View more information on concessions.

Home Visits

Customers may have difficulty filling in forms and communicating over the telephone. They may be unable to leave the house for several reasons and may benefit from a home visit by one of our friendly staff. This program is part of our approach to assist our customers in an environment that best suits their individual needs.
