You can pay your water account online here with either your Visa or MasterCard.
If you would prefer to pay using BPay® go to your bank's website. You can also register with your bank to receive your accounts online.

Payments can be taken directly from your nominated bank account, credit union or credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted) fortnightly, monthly or quarterly if you're a residential customer and quarterly if you're a business customer. Payments are debited on an agreed day and can be cancelled with 3 business days' notice.

CentrePay Payments

Is a payment service available to residential customers receiving a Centrelink entitlement. It provides the ability to have your water bill deducted directly from your Centrelink entitlements. Payments are only available fortnightly.

To pay via mail, you can send a cheque with the tear-off payment slip at the bottom of your bill to:
