There are plenty of ways to pay your bill, including options and support to help make your payments more managable if you are having trouble paying.

With Yarra Valley Online Water managing your water and sewerage account is easier, faster and more secure. Pay and download a copy of your account when it is convenient for you, via smart phone, tablet or computer.
This free online service allows you to view your account history, download a copy of your bills, set up direct debit, as well as apply for SmoothPay, a payment extension or concession.

Direct debit is an easy way to make sure your bills are paid on time. Payments can be made on an agreed day from your nominated bank account and can be cancelled at any time with three business days' notice.
Business customers can pay quarterly by direct debit.
Log into Yarra Valley Online Water to set up direct debit or call 1300 304 688.
Pay your water account with your VISA or MasterCard. Please note that AMEX, Diners and JCB cards are not accepted.
If you would prefer to pay using BPay®, contact your financial institution to register and look for the BPAY logo and Biller code on your Yarra Valley Water bill.
SmoothPay is a payment and budgeting tool offered by Yarra Valley Water which allows you to pay your water bill fortnightly or monthly.
It allows you to make smaller and more frequent payments over the year to help reduce the impact of quarterly bills on your household budget.

Are you having a short-term payment problem? Simply lodge a Payment Extension Request to receive more time to pay your bill.
With MyPost Digital Mailbox you can receive and pay your water account anywhere, anytime, via any device with an Internet connection.
