With Yarra Valley Online Water, managing your water and sewerage account is easier, faster and more secure. Pay and download a copy of your account when it is convenient for you, via smart phone, tablet or computer.

This free online service allows you to view your account history, download a copy of your bills, set up direct debit, as well as apply for SmoothPay, a payment extension or concession.

Pay by direct debit

Direct debit

Direct debit is an easy way to make sure your bills are paid on time.

To set up direct debit payment from your bank account, log into Yarra Valley Online Water or call 1300 304 688.

Direct debit is not available from credit cards. Payments can be made on an agreed day from your nominated bank account and can be cancelled at any time with three business days' notice.

Residential customers can pay fortnightly, monthly or quarterly by direct debit and Business customers can pay quarterly by direct debit.

Pay your water account with your VISA or MasterCard. Please note that AMEX, Diners and JCB cards are not accepted.

Or login to your online account to:
• Confirm your current account balance
• Confirm your account due date
• Request up to 30 days extra to pay your bill
• Pay by credit card and receive a receipt to your preferred email address

Pay by BPAY

To pay using BPAY, contact your financial institution to register and look for the BPAY logo and Biller code on the back of your Yarra Valley Water bill (check the PDF attachment if you receive your bill by email).

Smoothpay flexible payment option

SmoothPay is a payment and budgeting tool offered by Yarra Valley Water which allows you to pay your water bill fortnightly or monthly.

It allows you to make smaller and more frequent payments over the year to help reduce the impact of quarterly bills on your household budget.

With MyPost Digital Mailbox you can receive and pay your water account anywhere, anytime, via any device with an Internet connection.
To register for this free service, you'll need a valid email address and your account, invoice and property numbers that can be found on your Yarra Valley Water bill.
