PropertyFlow is our online system used to request information statements and plans that may be required for the sale or purchase of a property.
You can request Water Information Statements (including an Encumbrance Certificate, Asset Plan, Rates Certificate and Rates Settlement Statement) and Property Sewerage Plans any time of the day.
There’s no need to fax or mail us your requests as the system comprises of an easy to use, four step process where information statements and plans are sent to you via email shortly after your request is completed.

The cost of a Water Information Statement is $25.88
The cost of a Property Sewerage Plan is $29.14
How to access the system
To log-in to the new system for the first time, make sure you have your User ID and temporary Password handy. You will then be prompted to enter and confirm a new Password.
What if I don’t have a User ID
If you don’t have a User ID, please email us at PropertyFlow@yvw.com.au or contact us on (03) 9872 2527 between 9am and 4pm and we will set one up for you.
