Development Deed
Yarra Valley Water implemented the new Deed of Agreement for Land Development projects and new Consultant/Contactor Accreditation from 1 February 2009.
We worked closely with the Development Industry, South East Water and City West Water to establish a new Land Development Deed of Agreement which replaced our previous Offer/Standard Conditions of Agreement arrangements.
Part of this change also incorporated introduction of Accredited lists for Consultants & Contractors engaged to complete Land Development works.
