Yarra Valley Water uses EasyDevelop, an application process for developers. EasyDevelop delivers comprehensive assessments and timely advice to help avoid unnecessary setbacks when developing property. These include access to online services, free consultation, and water sensitive urban design.
Here you'll find the resources regarding the water, recycled water and sewerage issues that need to be considered as part of the land development process.
Getting started - which form do I use?
If you plan to subdivide or build, download an EasyDevelop application form.
Where reticulation or Shared Assets are required, you must apply using the Application to Enter into a Development Deed - Works form.
All applications should be lodged, together with a plan of your proposal, at one of our EasyAccess sites located conveniently throughout our area.
