Pressure Sewer Systems
Pressure sewer systems are a relatively new addition to Yarra Valley Water's sewerage network. These systems use a pump unit located on each individual property to pump into a pressurised or gravity sewer line in the street. To date, pressure sewers have only been used in some small areas that have been part of the Sewerage Backlog Program. To find out more about this program click here.
