The Water Metering Servicing Guidelines
The Water Metering Servicing Guidelines have been introduced to provide consistency across the three Metropolitan Melbourne Water Businesses. (City West Water, South East Water Yarra Valley Water)
Written submissions were received following consultations with key industry stakeholders such as the Development and Plumbing industries. This formed the basis for determining what specific procedures and conditions needed review.
The review resulted in a large number of items that have been made consistent across the three urban water businesses. These ranged from water servicing / metering conditions, sewer servicing conditions and asset protection guidelines.
