Register to use easyACCESS
The easyACCESS system gives you the ability to submit development applications, apply for water and sewer connections, disconnections and build over easements online.
You can now request and receive Information Products such as Sewer Depth and Offset Plans, Property Sewerage Plans and Asset Plans online using your credit card. To request an Information Product anytime, click here.
If you are a regular user of our Information Products, it may be of benefit for you to register to use the easyACCESS system. As a registered user, you will receive a username and password. You can download an easyACCESS Registration Form and return it via email to email@example.com.
Yarra Valley Water Accredited Consultants and Accredited Contractors will need to nominate at least two key signatories who are authorised to sign Asset Creation forms such as the following, on behalf of your company:
Accredited Consultants and Accredited Contractors can use digital signatures to electronically submit and sign the above easyACCESS forms. The digital signature verifies that the designated person from the company has authorised the transaction. As per the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 and the Evidence Act 2008, physically signing hard copy applications and forms is no longer required.
