Register to use easyACCESS


In the coming months, Yarra Valley Water will progressively introduce a new web based service as part of our new easyACCESS system.

The new system will give you the ability to submit development applications, apply for water and sewer connections, disconnections and build over easements online.

The online service will speed up our response to your development applications. Most applications will be processed immediately.

As part of the rollout, you can now request and receive Information Products such as Sewer Depth and Offset Plans, Property Sewerage Plans and Asset Plans online using your credit card. To request an Information Product, click here.

The following information will help you complete the easyACCESS Registration Form.


Nominate two company representatives as easyACCESS system administrators. System administrators will have access to online training and are responsible for maintaining your company’s easyACCESS user accounts including:

  • creating new users
  • deleting users who are no longer employed or contracted by the company
  • resetting passwords.

For help with any system queries, system administrators are the first points of contact for company users. If the query cannot be resolved internally, the system administrator can contact Yarra Valley Water.


Please nominate two company representatives to handle all billing enquiries.


Yarra Valley Water Accredited Consultants and Contractors will need to nominate at least two key signatories who are authorised to sign Asset Creation forms such as the following, on behalf of your company:

  • Design verification form
  • Preconstruction verification form
  • Construction verification form.

Accredited Consultants and Contractors can use digital signatures to electronically submit and sign the above easyACCESS forms. The digital signature verifies that the designated person from the company has authorised the transaction. As per the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 and the Evidence Act 2008, physically signing hard copy applications and forms is no longer required.

  • Yarra Valley Water retaining a full record of all electronic transactions processed in the easyACCESS system.
