PropertyFlow is Yarra Valley Water's automated system for providing information statements to the conveyancing industry. PropertyFlow provides a one stop shop for obtaining single or multiple information statements. You can obtain information statements within 3 business days or within half an hour depending on the choice you make.

PropertyFlow incorporates a rates settlement statement service as well as an opportunity to give change of ownership details.

Please note the following in regard to this service

A request for a 'rates settlement balance statement' must be combined with an information statement request

OR

An 'information statement' for the property must have previously been issued and the information statement number entered where requested

The statement will be delivered by the selected method of delivery on the 'required date' entered by the applicant.
