Methods of Payment

We offer you a selection of payment options that aim to make the payment of your account easier.

Direct Debit

Automatic Payments

We can arrange for your account to be paid automatically.

  • Direct Debit - payments can be taken directly from your nominated bank account, credit union or credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted) fortnightly, monthly or quarterly. Payments are debited on an agreed day and can be cancelled with 3 business days notice.
  • CentrePay - is a payment service available to customers receiving a Centrelink entitlement. It provides the ability to have your water bill deducted directly from your Centrelink entitlements. Payments are only available fortnightly.


Post

Paying by mail

To pay via mail, you can send a cheque with the tear-off Payment Slip at the bottom of your bill to: Yarra Valley Water, GPO Box 2753, Melbourne VIC 3001.



Paying online

  • BPay® - uses internet banking by registering with your bank. You can also register to receive your accounts online.


Phone

Paying by telephone

  • Credit card, by calling 1300 362 332, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
  • BPay®, using Biller Code 1511
  • Post Billpay, by calling 131 816. Your Billpay Code is 344366

The reference number is found on the back of your bill.



Paying in person

You can pay in person at any Australia Post office by cash or cheque.
