 Convenient Payment Options

If your payment problem is short-term, a Payment Extension Request can be made to delay your quarterly instalment for up to one month from the original due date.

You can avoid a lot of hassles by having your account paid automatically using Direct Debit. Direct Debit can be used to automatically pay your account each quarter or you can pay your account off in instalments.

If you receive a Centrelink entitlement you may be eligible for CentrePay. It provides the facility to have fortnightly payments for your water bill deducted directly from your Centrelink entitlements. For more information call 13 1721.

Payment Arrangement is designed to make your account payments more manageable by spreading them over a period of up to one year. This can be done by Direct Debit, Centrepay or an Easyway Paycard.

What is an Easyway Paycard?

It is the size of a Credit Card and lists all your payment instalment due dates on the back. You can use the Card to pay at Australia Post or by BPay quoting Biller Code 1511, for more information call 13 1721 or email enquiry@yvw.com.au
