Submit a meter reading

If our meter reader visited your property and was not able to read your meter, or you received an estimated meter read on your latest bill, you can submit your meter reading online. 

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Account number can be found on the card left by our meter reader.
Your meter number can be found on the back of your bill.
Please enter only the black numbers from your meter.

If you have not yet received your bill and we don’t receive a meter reading from you within 10 days of your scheduled reading date, we will estimate your usage based on your past usage. Your bill will be corrected the next time we take a reading.

If you have received your latest bill and your actual meter read is different from the read on your bill, we may need to reissue your bill.
