Submit a meter reading

If our meter reader visited your property and was not able to read your meter, you can submit your meter reading online. 

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Account number can be found on the card left by our meter reader.
Your meter number can be found on the back of your bill.
Please enter only the black numbers from your meter.

If we don’t receive a meter reading from you within 10 days of your scheduled reading date, we will estimate your usage based on your past usage. Your bill will be corrected the next time we take a reading.
