Due to planned maintenance, various services on our website will be unavailable between 8am and 7pm on Sunday 11 February. These include:
- Account services over the phone (account balances, payments, payment extensions and faults enquiries)
- EasyACCESS Online
- Faults map
- GIS/asset map
- Move in/move out form
- Online credit card payments
- Payment extension form
- Property Flow
- Yarra Valley Online Water
If you would like to report a fault, please call 13 2762.
Allowances will be made for customers who are unable to pay their bill on the due date as a result of this outage.
