The following information highlights the terms and conditions applicable to entrants of the prize draw to win $100 off your water bill.

Entry is only open to the selected participants who have received by email the unique URL link to participate in the survey.

Entrants must be a customer of Yarra Valley Water with an active account at the time of completing the survey.

Only one entry per unique URL link will be accepted.

Notwithstanding points 1 and 2; an entry is considered eligible for the prize draw following completion of this customer survey. Furthermore, an entrant will be considered eligible only if providing their correct full name, address, and email address on completion of the survey. Failure to provide this information will prohibit identification and validation of condition (1) and therefore render the entrant ineligible for the prize draw.

The survey will be open from 19 July 2022, to 11:59pm 31 July 2022.

The five winning entrants will be drawn randomly on 2 August 2022 by Yarra Valley Water’s Senior Campaigns Specialist.

The five winning entrants will be notified by email by 5:00pm on 2 August 2022.

The five winning entrants will be published to this page by 5:00pm on 3 August 2022. Winners will be identified by Surname (only).

Yarra Valley Water reserves the right to extend the survey up to 7 August 2022 should the quotas for the survey not be met.

The five winning entrants will receive a credit of -$100 against their immediate next water bill.

In the event a winning entrant has closed their account at the time of entry or is not a Yarra Valley Water customer, the credit may be transferred to another water account within Yarra Valley Water’s service area; or provided by way of a pre-paid EFTPOS card.
