Our Engineering rotation program provides exposure to a variety of engineering and technical areas, as well other business activities.

We recognise the importance of providing engineers with the opportunity to broaden their skills and experience through regular rotations. Developing a broad range of skills and experience across the business improves cross-functional awareness.

Development and training needs are regularly reviewed, with additional training offered to develop leadership and management skills, as well as adding to your technical understanding. 

Our review process means you get regular feedback on your performance throughout the program, and we discuss career path options in detail with you.
