WaterCare offers payment support and flexibility to suit your situation. We have a number of ways to help you pay your bill. For more options call us 1300 304 688 and find out how we can help you.

Set up a payment plan

Do you find smaller, more frequent payments easier to manage? SmoothPay is a way to pay your bill in smaller, more frequent amounts.

Apply for SmoothPay or speak to our team on 1300 304 688 to assist with a payment plan that works for you.

Apply for a payment extension

If you need a little more time to get on top of your bills, you can apply for a payment extension for up to 30 days.

We recommend this option if all you need is some temporary relief.

We understand that everyone’s situation is different, if you need more help, we’re here to find a solution that works for you.

Find out if you’re eligible

We recommend you call us on 1300 304 688 if:

  • you need an extension for more than 30 days
  • your bill is already past the due date
  • you have a direct debit which is due to be deducted in the next 3 days
  • you have already had an extension on your current bill and still need more time to pay.
