Do you need extra time to pay your bill?
If you need more time to pay your water bill, you can request your bill due date be extended by up to 30 days.
Just have your account number, property address or property number handy. We will let you know immediately if your extension can’t be applied on the spot and what you can do about it.
Online requests are not available for accounts already 30 days past the due date, using direct debit or SmoothPay. If you are not eligible for the payment extension and need more time to pay, call us on 1300 853 811.
