Update my contact details

Keeping your details up to date helps us stay in touch and provide the right support.

If your contact details have changed, including your email address, phone number, or mailing address, please let us know.  

Why it's important: 

  • So we can reach you quickly with important updates and notifications. 
  • To help protect your account and verify your identity securely. 
  • So you can choose how you’d like to receive your bills. 

Your bills are essential communications, so you'll always receive them, but you can choose to get them by email or post.

Call us

Call us on 1300 304 688 between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Our team will update your details for you. 

MyAccount 

If you already have a MyAccount, you can log in to update your mobile number and change how you receive your bills. 

To update your mobile number, log in and select My Profile.

To change how you receive your bills, select My Profile, then update your Property account settings.

If you need to change the email address you use to log in, please call us on 1800 676 488.
