We'll send you a notice of works, letting you know when your digital meter will be installed.
If you've registered a mobile number with us, we'll send you an SMS reminder the week of installation.
Installation will take between 10-15 minutes and your water will be turned off during this time. If you're home, our contractor will let you know when work begins.
We'll let you know when your daily water usage information is available to view in MyAccount.

In MyAccount simply click on Usage to view your daily, weekly or quarterly water usage data.
