- Look for the BPAY logo on the back of your bill. If you receive your bill by email, it will be in the PDF attached.
- Log into your internet banking site or call your bank.
- Select the BPAY or bill payment option then follow the instructions.
- Enter the amount you’d like to pay and the date you want to pay it.

Direct debit arrangements from your bank account can be changed or cancelled at any time with three business days’ notice. To update or cancel, log in to Yarra Valley Online Water or call 1300 304 688.
