Financial wellbeing

This is about much more than your take-home pay.

We’ve developed a range of initiatives to ensure you know your best interests are top of mind.

Occupational wellbeing

One team working towards a shared mission means our collective successes belong to us all.

Several rewards, personal growth and leadership programs support a well-rounded occupational wellbeing for all of our staff.

Environmental wellbeing

We recognise the rights of our employees to occupy pleasant, healthy and safe environments to support wellbeing while you work.

So where possible, our hybrid model offers our people the flexibility to work in a variety of places and ways.

Emotional wellbeing

Life doesn’t always go to plan - our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service available to all staff for general check-ins or more comprehensive support during times of crisis.

Social wellbeing

From our social clubs and events, to community volunteering, internal inclusivity initiatives, and charity support – staying connected keeps us grounded in our mission to make a positive difference.

Spiritual wellbeing

A strong sense of purpose and meaning in life allows us to find peace, harmony and balance.

Physical wellbeing

Supporting the physical wellbeing of our staff is not just about health and safety.

It’s also promoting physical activity, better nutrition, and healthy habits.

Intellectual wellbeing

From onboarding and orientation, to on-site safety modules, on-the-job coaching, and personal development plans – we support a growth mindset by designing learning into your day-to-day.
