The Office
Enjoy free and secure on-site parking at our Mitcham office. Barista made coffee with freshly made meals available throughout the day too.
Hybrid Working
We have a number of flexible work options that may be available to you to help you balance work and life, depending on your role you could work flexibly between 7 am - 7 pm, start or finish early; or get the flex you need throughout the day.
$650 Allowance
For eligible employees upon starting, to cover the costs of your work set-up at home (amount may vary).

Personal Leave
You’re entitled to 15 days paid personal leave, which can be used for caring, wellbeing, mental health, menstrual or menopause.
Parental Leave
With no qualifying period you can access 14 weeks’ paid leave for birth or adoption of a child for either parent up to the child’s 2nd birthday, and 20 hours' prenatal appointment or adoption interview leave.
Volunteer Leave
One day paid leave per year to volunteer at a community organisation and up to five days’ paid leave for call-outs with SES, CFA and Army Reserves.
Sorry Business Leave
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees can access up to 3 days’ paid leave per occasion for family or ceremonial obligations.
Public Holiday Swap
Request to swap certain public holidays for another day of paid leave.
