Diversity and inclusion
At Yarra Valley Water we stand for a fair and equitable society. We embrace diversity and inclusion in everything we do as we strive to reflect the community we serve.
We welcome all people regardless of ethnicity, background, life experiences, socio-economic status, stage of life, faith, sexual orientation and gender identity and want our employees to be able to achieve their full potential regardless of their diverse backgrounds and characteristics.
We have Employee-led working groups in place to further drive and embed our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and culture into our workplace.
Our Reconciliation Action Plan contributes to a society that celebrates and protects the ongoing cultural and spiritual connections of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to the land and waterways. As such, we are actively seeking expressions of interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants to enable us to build a strong talent database of diverse candidates.
