Yuroke Pump Station project

We’ve finished building a new sewer pump station and rising sewer main to support the ongoing growth of the Greenvale Community.

What was involved in the works

• A new, underground sewer pump station was built at 85 Hillview Road, Greenvale.
• A 250-metre-long section of new sewer main was constructed to connect the new pump station to the existing sewerage network. 

Why we needed to do this

This improvement to the sewerage network was required to ensure the increasing population in Greenvale continues to have access to a reliable sewerage service and overcome a shortfall in the existing sewerage network. 

Timing of works

Construction works started in January 2024 and finished by May 2025. Jaydo Construction delivered this work for us.
