Wollert Recycled Water Project
We constructed new recycled water pipes in Wollert in 2017 and 2018 to ensure future residential developments in Epping North, Wollert, Mernda and South Morang can receive a reliable supply of recycled water.
Project details
Between June 2017 and March 2018 our contractor, Kaycee Excavations, built the new recycled water pipe within the nature strip, under footpaths, and within the service lane along the north side of Harvest Home Road (between Edenvale Boulevard and Epping Road), as well as within the service lane (between Redrock Road and Silverstone Circuit).
We planted new trees to replace those that needed to be removed as part of the works, and have repaired most affected nature strips, footpaths and road surfaces.
The following road and footpath surface repairs were completed by June 2018:
- Damaged road surface in the service lane between Redrock Road and Silverstone Circuit
- Damaged road surface across Champion Parade, and the footpath and rock pavement between Champion Parade and Epping Road.
